As one of the major nutrient elements, a great deal Phosphorus exists in sludge, now theissue how to remove phosphorus and prevent eutrophication of water body becomes a hot spotresearch, Especially with the rising degree of city pollution, the research with regard toremove the phosphorus in sewage treatment plant of residual sludge is to take notice moreand more seriously. In view of the traditional biological phosphorus removal technology issusceptible with environmental conditions, operating conditions and other factors, whichmakes the phosphorus removal system startup and restore slower, phosphorus removalefficiency astable, such as problems, therefore screening and isolating the high-efficiencyphosphate accumulating bacteria, to use its intensifying biological phosphorus removal forsewage and sludge, which will be a key content of future research. In this study, test material is sewage sludge from some enterprises sewage treatmentplant in Jilin city at different time, screening and cultivating sludge phosphorus accumulatingbacteria with the method of combining indoor culture and SBR reactor, isolating thehigh-efficiency phosphate accumulating bacteria, and analysing growth status and poly-Pcharacteristics of polyP bacteria with different pH, temperature, vibration velocity andinoculum concentration, which to provide the theory evidence for biological phosphorusremoval sludge cultivation and enhanced biological phosphorus removal. The research showsthat:(1) To be screened two highly active phosphorus accumulating bacteria (JN01isAcinetobacter Baumanni, JN02belongs to Pseudomonas), a high-efficiency Poly phosphatesolubilizing fungi (JJ01is Penicillium Fungus); the tiptop phosphorus accumulating rateachieve80.1%,82.5%and78.6%respectively.(2) The current of growth characteristics of high-efficiency phosphorus accumulatingbacteria JN01, JN02and high-efficiency Poly phosphate solubilizing fungi JJ01have firstincreased then decreased temperature and vibration velocity increased, the optimum pH is7.3,7.5and6.8, the optimum temperature is30.3℃,30.5℃and27.5℃,the best vibrationvelocity is175r/min,170r/min and156r/min; the best carbon source is glucose.(3) The removal of organic phosphorus efficiency of phosphorus accumulating bacteriaJN01, JN02and high-efficiency Poly phosphate solubilizing fungi JJ01have first increasedthen decreased temperature and vibration velocity increased, the optimum pH is8.3,7.6and7.8, the optimum temperature is35.3℃,30.5℃and35℃, the best vibration velocity160r/min,180r/min and158r/min, the optimum inoculum concentration was6%,7%and6%;sodium acetate was the best carbon source is sodium acetate.(4) The contrastive study of two highly active phosphorus accumulating bacteria and ahigh-efficiency Poly phosphate solubilizing fungi with mode of operation of SBR reactor, andfound that they are all aerobic organisms, when12h anaerobic, aerobic60H, the tiptopphosphorus removal rate of two strains of bacteria is70.3%and71.3%; when24hanaerobic, aerobic48h, the tiptop phosphorus removal rate of Poly phosphate solubilizingfungi is81.4%...
