| Rolling mill vibration is one of the main reasons affecting the quality of steel, thevibration phenomenon is very complicated, it has been a problem in steel industry. Inorder to improve steel quality and improve the rolling speed, people have done lots ofresearch about rolling mill vibration, including the vertical vibration and horizontalvibration of mill roll, dynamic and strip transverse and longitudinal vibration and thetorsional vibration of main transmission system, etc.This topic is the result of baosteel strip, the transverse vibration of rolling millvibration programs is studied, under the application requirements of reducing harmfulvibration of the rolling mill, according to the rolling process of strip and roll motionmechanism, the strip is simplified to Euler beam, the rolls are simplified to inertiacomponents.The mechanics model of a beam in the inertial boundary is established. Thelongitudinal and lateral motion equations of a beam is derived by Hamilton’sprinciple.Then the Kantorovich method is used to reduce the motion equations, themathematical model of the results is got.This paper, in the first, the inertial boundary beam without axial velocity is analyzed,the vibration characteristics is solved by the modified iteration method. According to theresults of numerical analysis,the amplitude frequency response curves of the beams areobtained, and the change rule of nonlinear behavior is studied, the relationships betweenthe vibration frequency of the beam with inertial boundary conditions and the length of thebeam or the rotationalinertia of the inertia components are discussed.Finally, influence of the axial velocity on vibration system is considered, in thepresence of speed is analyzed, system parameters change, the results of the frequencychanges.The results is compared with vibration characteristics of the beam without axialvelocity, Then the influence of velocity on vibration system is obtained.The axial movement systems in inertial boundary are used widely in practicalengineering. This topic research has certain theoretical and practical significance, it canprovide theoretical reference for the research of rolling mill vibration. controlling thevarious parameters in this paper and combining with the theory of rolling mill vibration can control the vibration frequency and the amplitude of the steel. If we do these researchthe quality of steel would be improved, and the life of the rolling mill woule be extended. |
