The content of sulfide in oilfield water is important indicator of water quality, the reaction between the sulfide ion and Fe2+in the water will generate insoluble precipitate that can make the deterioration of water. Not only that, sulfur ion will impact on the viscosity of polymers at some extend, which can directly affect the crude oil recovery ratio.Thus monitoring the contents of sulfide in oilfield water and studying the methods for rapid determination of sulfide in oilfield water play a improtant role. This paper major have studied kinds of analysis methods on the determination of sulfide in oilfield water, and compared these methods with chemometrics.Using the ICP-AES determine the sulfide in the oilfield indirectly. Based on the nature of sulfur ion can make reacts easily with the metal ions and generate insoluble precipitate.Selected Fe2+、Cu2+、Zn2+、Pb2+、Cd2+as the precipitating agent,using the ICP-AES determine the content of residual metal ions in landfill leachate, so as to determine the content of sulfur by differential subtraction. The method is rapid and simple with high accuracy.The recovery is in the range of94.24%-102.3%,and relative standard deviation is less than3.01%.The accuracy of the five metal ion indirect determination of sulfide is Cu2+> Pb2+> Cd2+> Zn2+> Fe2+.Combining oxidation and ion chromatography determine the sulfide in the oilfield indirectly. Selected H2O2、concentrated HNO3and O3make the oxidation of the sulfide in the sample,and make it transform to the SO42-completely,and then using the ion chromatography determine the content of SO42-,so as to determine the content of sulfur.The correlation coefficient is0.9999,the detection limit is0.07421mg/L and the recovery is in the range of95.60%-103.5%, meet the requirements for error analysis method.Proof of that the analysis method is accurate and reliable. The results show that the stronger oxidant of the oxidation the more accurate of the measuring results.Determine the sulfide by ultraviolet visible spectrophotometer. Using UV spectrophotometer determine the maximum absorption wavelength of S2-, establish the method of using UV Spectrophotometer determination of S2-in the sample directly. According to the experimental determination, in the range of0-60mg/L, S2-meet the Lambertbeer law,the curve regression equation is y=0.04598+0.04537x,theoorrelation coefficient is0.9956, and the RSD(n=10)=2.28%,with the fine linearrelationship.Compared these methods with chemometrics, there was no significantdifference between these methods calculating by t test and F test.
