Polyglycerol fatty acid ester is an excellent nature of the new type of surfactant. Throughaccess to a large number of documents, summarize, analyze the experience and results ofprevious studies on the basis of the traditional preparation process of the polyglycerol fattyacid ester, put forward new ideas, the design of new research methods. Thesis, polyglyceroland polyglycerol fatty acid ester prepared by microwave-assisted heating, and then thepolyglycerol fatty acid ester as the emulsifier, applied to the synthesis of cosmetic cream.Papers using microwave-assisted heating, take the right amount of glycerol as a rawmaterial, 1% potassium hydroxide as a catalyst, at atmospheric pressure, the entire processthrough N2, open water condensation device, set the microwave reactor power is 900W, thereaction temperature is 250°C , the reaction time of 7min preparation polyglycerol. Thepolyglycerol the degree of polymerization according to the refractive index to determine theconversion. Then to take appropriate homemade polyglycerol and fatty acids in theatmospheric conditions, the entire process through N2, open water condensation device, setthe microwave reactor power is 900W, the reaction temperature of 230°C. Acid value of zeroto determine the reaction end point.Paper polyglycerol determination, including the relationship between refractive indexand the degree of polymerization of the polyglycerol to determine the extent ofpolymerization of the polyglycerol, and then through high performance liquidchromatography to further analyze the distribution and composition of the degree ofpolymerization of the polymerization of glycerol. The paper also studied the related nature ofthe polyglycerol fatty acid esters, including surface tension, acid number, base number,emulsifying power, HLB value, PH value, and commercial products. The experiments verifythat the microwave-assisted heating can be used for the preparation of polyglycerol andpolyglycerol fatty acid ester, and has a lot to shorten the reaction time and increase the yieldadvantage.The paper also explores the self-made emulsifier synthetic cosmetic cream formulations and preparation conditions. The formulation of the cream: oil phase (mineral oil, 8.00g,stearyl alcohol 4.00 g, stearic acid 2.00 g Isopropyl palmitate 2.00 g,) aqueous phase (glycerol8.00g, homemade emulsifier 1.11 g, Tween-801.94 g) C (stabilizer 0.89 g,, GPL0.5 g, 0.1 g offlavor). Preparation conditions: using 16% of home-made emulsifier Tween-80 emulsifiers,oil-water two heated to 75℃~ 90℃, mixed, temperature 80°C, the rotational speed is3000r/min homogeneous stirring 5min emulsification until the temperature dropped to 30°Cby adding flavors, stabilizers and preservatives. Homemade cosmetics reference to nationalstandards into the conduct testing, including: appearance, aroma, heat resistance to cold, PHvalue, display the self-made emulsifier used in cosmetics to good effect.
