Due to the long-term exploitation of oil fields, the droping problems of the production and the water injection have been coming. The main reason is the organic and inorganic impurities blocking the oil wells. While polymer flooding, one of important tertiary oil recovery methods to improve recovery ratio, increase oil production and decrease water content ratio, it also causes plugging of polymer-injecting wells and blocking wellbore zones.In this paper, we developed a new chlorine dioxide deplugging agent. This agent can increase oil production and decrease water content ratio, also it can solute the shortcomings of other deplugging agent.This paper mainly research the composite chlorine solutions plugging agent of Wells, solved the seriously insufficient in chlorine dioxide solution plugging technological problems. Solve technology problem in original process,then the chlorine dioxide can inject with the acid at the same time, achieved that the release of the chlorine can be controlled, reducing the harm to operating personnel, which greatly improved the utilization rate of chlorine dioxide, make the construction process over-simplication. and filtrated the appropriate corrosion inhibitor, reduces the corrosion of metal equipment by chlorine.In this experiment, we use the method of weight loss to monitor the effect of anti-corrosion inhibitor. This method is the most commonly used of measuring metal corrosion. And in this experiment we use the metal of A3 steel.stainless steel, cooper. aluminum. Use the anti-corrosion inhibitor of ammonium citrate, sodium fluosilicate. HEDP. etc. Measure the corrosion rate of metals and the residual concentration of chlorine dioxide in the solution to survey the effect of the anti-corrosion inhibitor.The basic formula of the blocking agent is sodium chlorite16%、clay stabilizer44%、phosphate10.4%、Sodium dihydrogen phosphate 2.8、Citric acid 8.4%、HEDP4.4%、surfactant0.4%、water13.6%This paper studies its releasing kinetics and releasing mechanism. Get the acroscopic releasing dynamics laws of different releasing stages:in the initial releasing stage.similar to first order reaction and the dynamics equation is inCA=0.6020t+1.8692:the metaphase releasing stage similar to zero order reaction and the dynamics equation is CA=0.9t+0.695:whiie the telophase releasing stage it is second order reaction and the dynamics equation is1/CA=-0.0079t+0.2460. This paper studies the degradation of polyacrylamide by different concentrations of chlorine dioxide, and the influence of temperature on its. Discussed the degradation mechanism of polyacrylamide by chlorine dioxide.Results:the best chlorine dioxideconcentration is 4000ppm of polyacrylamide degradation at room temperature when polyacrylamide concentration is 2%; the best temperature of polyacrylamide degradation is 60℃when polyacrylamide concentration is 2%, chlorine dioxide concentration is 4000ppm. The degradation rate of 2% polyacrylamide can reach 95%.when chlorine dioxide concentration is 4000ppm at 60℃The sterilization test of solution plugging agent showed that the chlorine dioxide can kill the sulfate-reducing bacteria and saprophytic bacteria ability very well, even it can kill all of them in 100ppm within 30min.This solution plugging agent properties is very stable and the shelf-life is over 1 year.
