Carlin type gold-deposit was first found in Nevada, 1960th. It is one of the important Au ore-deposit. This type ore-deposits are found in China and American widely, and other countries also have sometimes. Nowadays, Carlin type gold-deposit has become one of the most important Au ore-deposit in China.In this paper, Based on the systematic sampling in the vein of the deposit, the geology and geochemistry characteristics of the Fuliuling gold deposit are discussed. Fuliuling gold deposit is one of the Carlin-type gold-deposit, and it’s ore-type is mainly disseminated crushed rock. In the gold ore, the composition of ore material is simple. The gold-bearing minerals are mainly of the arsenopyrite and the pyrite. The arsenopyrite in this region can be divided into two textural types of coarsed-grain columnar and fine-grain hair-like. coarse-grained columnar gold content is 105.3g / t, fine hair-like gold content is 172.4g / t, the tiny hair-like arsenopyrite gold content is far higher than the long columnar coarse arsenopyrite. There is no native gold in the ore-ray films, so gold in the form of microscopic invisible. Au in arsenopyrite is about 25% of the lattice form, 75% of ultra-microscopic inclusions form.The correlation and the contour shapes of Au and As are very similar, having a good anastomosis. As can be the indicator element of Au. Liumei deposit is part of Fuliuling deposit. Through the studies of the ore-forming element’s spatial distribution, in the vertical direction, the axial zoning sequence of the primary halo is Mo-Cu-Pb-W-Zn-Hg- Au-As-Ag-Bi-Sb (front'tail), as a“anti-sub belt”sequence. The existence of the "anti-sub belt" indicates that there is a presence of blind ore under the space which have been mined .The composition of the primary halo is complex in Liumei deposit. Combined with the results of domestic researches about geochemical characteristics of primary halo and zoning characteristics in gold deposit, the superimposed model of primary halo in Liumei gold deposit is tried to built for predicting the deep mineralization and forecasting the possible position of the gold vein. The deep orebody are proved by the drill-log. The problem of supersedable resources can also be solved.
