High energy heavy-ion collision has become an emerging discipline since 1970 s which is combined by particle physics and nuclear physics. It is basically used to study the properties of the high density system and the atomic structures. Its main research method is accelerating the heavy nucleus to high energy state by accelerator and producing the collisions of the heavy nucleus. Then one can analyze the particles which are frozen out to study the evolution process of the state with high energy density and temperature produced by collisions. One of the important issue of High energy heavy-ion collisions is to prove the existence of a new physical form—Quark-gluon plasma(QGP). Recently, people have found the evidence of the existence of QGP in some experiments of RHIC and LHC.We could use the relativistic hydrodynamics to simulate a particular state of the evolution process of the collision system from the macro perspective. We think there should be a certain viscosity in the process of evolution of QGP and the subsequent material. So, the relativistic hydrodynamics model gradually evolved into the viscous relativistic hydrodynamics model. The viscosity of QGP will produce some effect to temperature, the density of material, energy density distribution and velocity in the process of the collision system evolution. The research to the viscosity of QGP can not only deepen our understanding of the evolution process of the collision system at the early time, but also gave some new explanation of some phenomenon in the analysis of the observable in the final state. The main research content of this article is to simulate the Au+Au collisions process in NNs =200GeV energy state through a viscous hydrodynamics model and to study and analyze the effect of the shear viscosity to the kinetic process of the system. We first introduced the viscous hydrodynamics model used in this paper briefly. We introduced the initial conditions, the equation of the state and the hydrodynamics framework. Secondly, we analyzed the influence of the shear viscosity to the time evolution process and space distribution of the temperature, energy density and the flow velocity of the collision system. Finally,we surveyed the influence of the shear viscosity to the anisotropic of the system.
