Equal channel angular pressing technics are widely paid attention to for possibility of manufacturing large size, unpolluted and residual spacing free ultrafine-grained materials, and make its way into a perspective application in industry of acute plastic deformation. Currently, the study related mainly focuses on gaining good homogenization of deformation, highly ultrafine-grained extent and advanced mechanical metallic materials etc. Exploring regularity of ECAP and ultrafine-graining mechanism to provide extrusion forming technique with reliable foundations prevail for realizing industrialization of ECAP technique.This paper by means of plastic forming theory and finite element method for full-scale mock-up simulating is for the sake of mold design, the following are dominating results:1) Based on spline-line theory and algebraic derivation results considering influence of temperature variance to fraction coefficient in extrusion forming, analytical solutions of ECAP forces are obtained according with varying temperature field, which can certainly determine the intensity for mold design.2) Way to process the establishment of 3-D geometric model, grid partition and boundary conditions processing work is newly raised, and finite element extrusion model of ECAP according with design case explains explicitly.3) A means of plastic forming software DEFORM-3D fabricates regularities of extrusion force, metal flow, equivalent strain and strain ration in the case of nonconstant parameters of mold, and influence related to forming of ECAP for its homogeneity is explored, which turns out reliably.4) The incompatibility of materials flow for extrusion processing is taken for designing geometric extrusion model of workpiece contacting multi-saucer shaped mold when extruded, then designate distinctive contacts and work out the simulation proposal for solving the existed incompatibility.
