As the speedy developed of micro-electronics and aerospace engineering, more and more advantaged land surface remote sensing satellites projected successfully into space and was running continuously, by which can product a large massive of remote sensing products by this operation such as data pretreatment, Image enhancement and remote sensing inversion. What’s more, by analyzing these products, scientists can capture the surface energy budget and heterogeneity of land surface in a long serials.Whatever is products can really have some particular function in application depended on its precession. However, an issue faced to the validation of the massive remote sensing products is that the mismatch between the speed of production and validation. So it is necessary to build a system based on web site to evaluate the accuracy of this massive of remote sensing products. So a system named as land surface remote sensing products validation system is designed in this paper to assess the uncertainty information of the remote sensing products based on an amount of in-situ data and the validation techniques. This paper shortly introduced the land surface remote sensing products validation system(briefly called LAPVAS) and its preliminary application. And based on LAPVAS, this paper give a preliminary accuracy of albedo products in mountain area. The designed validation system platform consists of three parts: Validation databases Precision analysis subsystem, Inter-external interface of system.One of a big special characteristic of LAPVAS is having a powerful and comprehensive database run in background, in which store many different areas, scales and different land cover type data. LAPVAS tack MYSQL databases management as the based infrastructure. These three parts are built by some essential service modules, such as Data-Read service modules, Data-Insert service modules, Data-Associated service modules, Precision-Analysis service modules, Scale-Change service modules and so on. By this seven modules, LAPVAS can run successfully to validate different types of quantitative remote sensing products.In this paper, an architecture called Service-Oriented Architecture(SOA) to take three parts of LAPVAS together.This paper introduce this developed program of this seven service modules. Despite it, one significant parameter of surface energy budget which is called land surface albedo as an index to evaluate this system.
