The Design And Implementation Of The Basic Database Of The Three Dimensional Digital Urban Management

With the development of urbanization and the growth of population rapidly,the problem of city management is becoming more prominent, and how to manage the city efficiently has become one of the hot questions In the process of city reconstruction, the basic data of digital city management also changes, so we should build a better management system to the city with an efficient management.Most of the management of the digital city management is based on the two-dimensional map, due to the 2D map objects are abstract symbols, which led to the 2D GIS in the application of digital city management has been limited, and it is not conducive to the effective management of paraprofessionals. The emergence of 3D simulation and 3D street landscape have brought new vigor to the digital cuty management. But the 3D model has no data structure, also lack of the ability of spatial analysis, which is common called a piece of leather by people.based on this, this paper proposed the design and implementation of 3D digital city management based database.so as to not only show the city part, but also query properties. By using 3D visualization technology to manage the urban components,each component of the urban scene will be showed fast and truely in three-dimensional way to the manager, query and analysis capabilities for city parts management provides the certain reference value. The content and results show:(1)This paper introducte the primary data types included in digital city management basic data. on the basis of this,detailedly discribed the multiple layers in every basic data.What’s more,this paper also described the structural tables of some special layer in basic data.(2)From the perspective of materialization, the three-dimensional parts are divided into the two categories called non height of 3D urban management component and a height of 3D urban management components, and on this basis,each category divided into three types,and introduces the definition, classification and characteristics of them detailed.(3) In order to express the visualization of three-dimensional component symbol quickly, this paper presents idea of purely symbolic and texture symbol of city management components, symbolization of existing 3D urban management components. and studied the existing 3D city management unit.(4)based on the Baoji city parts data and Personal Geo Database, using the method of combination of Sketch Up 3D modeling software and GIS software,mainly studied the data of shunt, modeling and storage,Eventually solve urban components in Arc Scene three-dimensional scene can only realize 3D display not to attribute the real-time query results.
