Marine Ranching is inside a certain sea area, it is adopt a set of scale-up fishery facilities and systematic management system, and using oceanic natural ecological environment, gathered up the ocean economic creatures by artificial releasing, designedly purposeful large artificial fish farms raised sea fishes, shrimps and shellfishes. Its purpose is to improve some ocean economic creatures and fishes yield all of sea area, to ensure the stability and sustainable growth of the aquatic resources. And the use of Marine resources and protection of Marine ecosystem, realize sustainable ecological fishery.This paper analysis based on the ocean current observation data and collect 7 sampling point of nutrients salt and catch in Dachangshan sea area. Acquire the major conclusion as follows:1. Research of incompressible viscous fluid, using Navier-Stokes equation qualitative description of the flow field. Using Fick’s second law will research the nutrients salt area as diffusion research material, qualitative solutions. And describes a concentration gradient in the area of nutrients salt in unsteady flow, need to the flow rate of the fluid flow and nutrients salt concentrations of size, concentration gradient direction will be considered analysis together.2. Through graphic analysis of flow field, rose flow field graph and Excel radar graph 0.5 m, 2.5 m and 4.5 m water layer, the southeast to flow as the main flow; flow direction analysis water layer from 0.5 m water flow and 2.5 m, the area In accord with Ekman drift theory to gradually bias towards the right side of the northern hemisphere, overlooking the direction is clockwise deflection.3. Without considering other external conditions, and assumes that no boundary in open sea under the condition of single water flow direction, nutrients salt transport speed vector is diffusion flow velocity vector and ocean current velocity vector the operation result. In real sea, the shore of the blocking effect, sea water depth gradient change, and nutrients salt concentration time to change result in diffusion gradient changes, etc., of nutrient transport velocity vector can be changed, that was all Would bring some changes to the nutrients salt transport velocity vector.4. The Dachangshang sea area of water quality from the total nitrogen, total phosphorus, two kinds of nutrients salt change, has been mild pollution, main pollutants are inorganic nitrogen, phosphate, etc.. but the pollution situation change better; Eutrophication trend is not obvious, generally in poor nutrient levels, the low level of organic pollution.5. Nutrient would lead to plankton breeding, but the number of plankton in a certain area, in addition to what the nutrient content of the area, ocean current would force or leave to reduce more plankton movement at this point.6. The Dachangshan sea area biodiversity assessment results show Fish species from 27 to 36, gradually, more and more species live shows the area interest-bearing field recovery is better. Subsequent biological diversity index H’ higher than the previous survey results, the diversity index rise trend. Evenness index J’ reduce, highlights the three major dominant species have fishery catch all the year round, Hexagrammos otakii, Gymnocor ymbus ternetzi, Charybdis japonica, Compared the three species and other species, less competitive. Species abundance index D’ increase, up to 36 species.Results show the ocean current bringing nutrients salts into the sea area, will make the biological restoration in this area, continuous breeding, species increased, get a very satisfactory results in the study of the project.
