Our research results in the last three years are summarized in this thesis. They are organized as follows. The basic knowledge of black holes is introduced in the first chapter. We review the black holes solved from Einstein field equations and the thermodynamics in detail. The research background and interest are expatiated in the chapter. The second chapter gives our research on the vector particles’ tunneling radiation.Quantum tunneling model is an effective way to investigate the Hawking radiation. The varied background spacetime and energy conservation were considered, so the derived radiation spectrum is not pure thermal. This result provides a possible explain to the information paradox. Based on the model, the radial geodesic method and the Hamilton-Jacobi method are reviewed where the action of the particle is adopted to the discuss the radiation. Using this model, we investigate the tunneling behaviors of the vector particles across the horizons of the Dilaton black hole and Kerr black hole. The tunneling rate and standard Hawking temperature are gotten. We adopt the quantum gravity model to correct the tunneling radiation.Quantum gravity theory reveals the existence of the minimal observable length. This theory contains the string theory, loop quantum gravity, doubly special relativity and so on. In this chapter, we adopt the generalized uncertainty principle and doubly special relativity to research the radiation of the scalar particles. The modified Hawking temperature is obtained and lower than the standard one, which shows that the correction slows down the evaporation. The black holes can not evaporate completely and the remnants is left. The summary and outlooks in the future apparent in last chapter.
