Study On The Value Sensitive Design

Karl Heinrich Marx expressed his deep concern of human ethical status in his books on technology (industrial).Value sensitive design as a new idea and new method of research techniques and ethical relationships (value sensitive design is a kind of philosophical concepts and also a kind of theoretical method),and it has an internal connection with technical ethics. This master dissertation tried to research on two aspects:theory and practice, and tried to analysis the thorough relationship between them.Firstly, this master dissertation combed the main ideas of the relationships between technology and society of the domestic and foreign scholars. Secondly, the article discusses the background and development trend of technology of Marxism ethics and analyses the process and philosophical nature of value sensitive design; from the perspective of Marxist technology ethics, value sensitive design is emphasized the possibility and necessity of function. Thirdly, the article expounds the process:as a kind of social technology, the value sensitive design put a variety of value factors embedded in social development, and plays its unique social function. Finally, this master dissertation expounds the value sensitive design theory significance and practice value.Study on the value sensitive design is a useful attempt that modern philosophy and Marxist classical theory organically integration. The focus is the exploration that the rationality of value sensitive design and values of it integrated into the social construction, to Marx technology ethics and social technology as the basis. The study on the value sensitive design not only expands the research scope of the basic theory of Marxism, but also deepens the understanding of the classical theory of Marxism, and further grasps the latest academic frontier, reflects the quality of Marxism.
