This article mainly from the micro resistivity imaging logging instrument design process of function in the process of modular design, the successful implementation of six arm independent mechanical structure design and development; Realize the measurement signal in the pad A/D conversion, between the pad and the electronic circuit to realize digital transmission, to avoid the transmission in the process of attenuation and interference, the measurement data transmission fidelity; Button electrode array have good insulation and high pressure and high temperature parameters; Transmitter using pulse width modulation technology and auxiliary dc power supply technology,the combination of auxiliary dc power supply can increase the transmission power, improve the signal-to-noise ratio of the received signal.The implementation of the design optimization of electric imaging instrument power plan,ensure instrument communication electricity will not increase with transmission power and communication interrupt, the formation resistivity and mud resistivity ratio as high as 1 million can still be achieved under the condition of high quality imaging data. Successfully developed and compared with foreign same equipment data, good results have been achieved, the research results has reached the international advanced level.This tool will play an important role in the oil and gas field development.Many practical examples show that this tool can solve complex reservoir problem and has good prospects. It will be sure that this tool can reduce the oil discovery cost and improve the efficiency of exploration.
