Modern manufacturing shop plant is increasingly large, and the production operation becomes more and more complex. The workshop manufacturing system is a complex problem with high dimension, strong correlation and multiple constraints.The operation of the plant in the process of equipment failure, material delay, change of delivery and emergency insert single and other uncertain factors of a small change or disturbance, may also be amplified for the completion of a long time delay. The complexity and uncertainty of the workshop manufacturing system will inevitably cause the "bottle neck" phenomenon, which will limit the maximum output of the system. The bottleneck is crucial to the final performance of the workshop manufacturing system. How to consider the influence of the uncertain factors in the bottleneck identification has become the key to solve the engineering problems, and it is urgent to find new ideas and methods.For complex manufacturing environment bottleneck identification difficulty of this problem, this paper from the manufacturing complexity and complex system network combined the perspective of job shop as the research object, to carry out manufacturing complex production process bottleneck network analysis and network propagation characteristics research, analysis of the topology of the network changes of workshop manufacturing execution effect of the operation of the whole system.The main work of this paper is as follows:1. The network model of Job-shop manufacturing system is built Based on complex network theory,. According to the real production data of Job-shop, the Job-shop network model is established. Will be involved in the job shop production process of every job site(such as the workshop of the Department, personnel and equipment, section) as a network of nodes, the nodes that may exist between the process route, logistics path as in the network edge, irreversible process make thenetwork with a certain direction. Taking the time load(the standard time of the work station as the standard time) as the weight of the edge, the Job-shop production process is a complex multi-task weighted directed network model;2. Based on the network model, according to the data of production, the degree distribution, order properties, the number of processing, resource load for data structure to achieve network mapping of resources, manufacture of nodes using node load and network efficiency bottleneck matrix to characterize the node bottleneck contribution degree(leave aside the uncertain factors), to the real production data for modeling and simulation, the validity of this method is feasibility.3. On the basis of the preliminary work, adding uncertain disturbance factors,research on machine fault, emergency in orders, delivery period changes in disturbance events in the network mode of transmission and dissemination of critical behavior, with an emergency in single for example, put forward a disturbance model based on CML, propagation characteristics analysis of job shop scheduling of bottleneck nodes, reveal the system uncertain disturbance in job shop network spread and impact on other nodes, and through numerical example analysis, in order to manufacturing decision making and optimization of system planning and operation process, to provide a theoretical basis.4.
