With the rapid development of the Internet experience economy era, the attention of information users for complex information system digital interface has transformed function to experience. In this paper, to deeply analyze two important evaluations to explore two levels of application of three-dimensional display interactive technology in complex system digital interface (means "3D-C interface") are:"state" and "quantity".Specifically, firstly, in order to analyze the complexity of complex information system digital interface, using the theory of cognitive friction for 3D-C target users, and then combining advantages of 2D information interface technology with limitations of 3D information interface technology, to study the availability of "3D-C Specified Embedding" from the "state".Secondly, in order to analyze the complexity of complex information system digital interface, using the theory of cognitive control theory for 3D-C target users, and then combiningadvantages of 2D information interface technologywithlimitations of 3D information interface technology, to research the easly of "3D-C maximum containment" from the "quantity".Through visual design principles, interaction design principles and 3D-C interface usability and usability theory to guide static visual presentation method and dynamic interactive method of 3D-C interface to make 3D-C interface works through decomposing logical process module method.Finally, by analyzing the gaze time, the number of fixations, the hotmap data index.and using the Eye tracking experiment to assess the "state" and the "quantity" with dimension level and containment level, to verify that the results of "3D-C specified embedding" and "3D-C maximum containment",then, working out the range of values is 1 to 3, and the best containment value is 1.
