Low-carbonated logistics is a modern logistical model being created in the background of low-carbon economy. It will reach the goals of low consumption, low pollution and low emission development. It considers comprehensively the environment effect and resource expenditure and thinks about how the logistical system keeping harmonious development with economic society and ecological environment through the energy conservation and emissions reduction.In this paper, the connotation and features of the low-carbonated logistics and related theories are systematically analyzed first of all. And then discusses the concept and connotation of carbon emissions, carbon trading and carbon tax. At the same time, the definition of the low-carbonated logistics has been improved. Secondly, the system dynamics method is applied to construct the low-carbonated logistics system model, and analysis low-carbonated logistics system from two aspects: technical and policy. Then the research objects are selected from the logistics transportation and low carbon policy level respectively. Focus on carbon emission reduction research, which the transportation of logistics system deployment, and under the carbon trading and carbon tax policy. Finally, the low-carbonated logistics system operation strategy has been analyzed and researched. In order to achieve its overall function the society demand, low carbon technology and government means of incentive and constraints, three aspects has been put forward to promote low-carbonated logistics system operation.This paper based on the whole and the parts of function construction and research in low-carbonated logistics system, seeking the effective ways and methods to realize the new development model of low-carbonated logistics, and to coordinate the development of low-carbonated logistics and economic society, the relationship between the ecological environment. |
