Landslide disaster has seriously affected people’s daily lives. To reduce the risk of landslide disaster,we must be taking a long-term,continuous monitoring. By monitoring the displacement of deformable body,we can timely understanding of the deformation state bodies,and ensure the safety of the project. Slope deformation monitoring has variety ways,from traditional monitoring technologies to develop high-precision measurement method. In particular,with the advent of GPS technology,with its all-weather precision etc,which has used in many engineering fields,gradually replaced the traditional optical measurement method. Using GPS technology for deformation monitoring can reduce the intensity of work,improve work efficiency,has also bring direct economic benefits. But we must deal with the deformation monitoring data or monitoring data,So that we can achieve the effect of deformation monitoring in the true sense.Therefore,around this idea,this paper discuss the deformation monitoring with GPS technology and the monitoring data processing.This article describes the GPS technology and its features.This paper gives a detailed analysis and summarized about the error in GPS measurements,and discusses the error correction method.On this basis,it also discusses the measurement method of GPS technology in deformation monitoring job and the landslide monitoring design program are described systematically including the choice of the reference point and monitoring point principles,principles that should be followed when monitoring network layout.Then from the perspective of data processing.This paper gives a detailed analysis of monitoring data processing methods and procedures and dynamic tracking data to predict the theoretical, summarized the classical prediction methods,such as time series analysis,artificial neural network models and Kalman filtering and the establishment and precision of GM(1,1) model are described in detail.Combined with a landslide monitoring instance and processed the GPS monitoring data.So we can obtained baseline solution results and check them.The results show the superiority of GPS deformation monitoring technology. Kalman filter model,dynamic grey forecast model and dynamic gray prediction model which based on Kalman filter was used to dynamic predict and have achieved satisfactory results,It verified the feasibility of the three models in landslide monitoring.
