Desalination is an incremental technology of open source to realize the utilization of water resource. Solar energy can replace traditional fossil energy to preheat the water and produce the steam,but often solar energy is thin and of low-density. A crucial problem that must be addressed is the water inlet temperature,flow,and other technical problems. To improve the ability of collecting solar thermal value is to accelerate the evaporation efficiency of sea water. To solve these drawbacks,a new type of drying device with active condensate unit function was designed, the prototype was developed and relative experiments were carried out to verify the theoretical approach and provide a reference for the study of solar desalination.Based on the traditional solar desalination plant, a new type of active solar desalination device was designed,which presents two implementation plans and inherits the advantages of traditional passive desalination device. At the same time,it absorbed the essence of active desalination unit to improve the efficiency of desalination. Reasonablity of body structure design of desalination unit is the key to its function. The paper in detail designed each part of the device thattzmk comprising a transparent airtight shell,dry-type evaporator body,built-in condenser,water and spray subsystem,fresh water recovery body and a recovery subsystem of waste heat. Through the establishment of the thermodynamic model,the work mode of each heat evaporation zone and the condensation zone was analyzed. Heat transfer of three heat transfer that integrated radiation,convection,and radiation were analyzed as well as the intensity and ambient temperature. The water temperature of each node has been derivated and the inner and outer tube water temperature has been deduced to calculate freshwater yield of the inner wall and the condensation zone.Based on the analysis of thermodynamic theory,machining,assembly and device debugging of the prototype were completed,and experimental studies of typical operating conditions was carried out. Compared to conventional distillation apparatus,it increases the evaporation area,reduces the thermal inertia of the device,improves the means of production of water,and enhances the distillation efficiency. According to its structural characteristics, wind power can be introduced to provide power and the use of marine resources can also be linked up.
