The city is a national and social.development of the "locomotive", gathering a large number of demographic, social wealth and living and production facilities, when the earthquake occurred, people, economic losses are heavy, so the city emergency planning and disaster prevention sites construction becomes extremely important. For now, in the eastern part of our country developed areas, disaster prevention earthquake disaster prevention planning and emergency construction sites in cities have been more perfect; but in China accounted for more than half of the urban living environment of the mountain city, due to the harsh natural conditions and poor socio-economic development, urban earthquake disaster prevention planning done enough reasonable, there are many problems of urban emergency disaster prevention, unable to meet the demand. Thus, disaster prevention space mountains and small cities siting studies, having the necessity and urgency of this article Gengma County in Yunnan Province as an example chosen site Escaping space research.Based on this situation of our country, on the basis of summarizing the domestic and foreign research status places on disaster prevention, to conduct field research Gengma, Gengma eventually carried out on the status of disaster prevention space research location. First, the use of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model for seismic risk assessment of Gengma County:the county roads in major cities in the limit, the whole county is divided into nine partitions, select each partition of the population density, building density, building vulnerability, road accessibility of existing disaster prevention and per capita space of the elements 6, by an expert to determine the weight of each index score of heavy elements, to establish hierarchical structure matrix analysis, the largest eigenvalues calculated by AHP last nine partitions earthquake Fuzzy comprehensive evaluation of the risk, find the value of their fuzzy risk.
