With the development of the national economy,Currently,the scale of power systems is increasing,the direction of the development is the same of large grid. However,the greater the power,the more complex the techno logy,the higher level the automation required,Power inspect is a key component of dispatching automation,living monitor the inspecting vehicle make the monitor receive the destination information timely,it plays a big role of monitoring track.Currently,the rapid development of GPS positioning technology,geographic information technology,wireless communication technology make the vehicle inspection system has become the mainstream trend.The system is used GPRS DTU WG-8010 (wireless data transmission devices),receiving location information of GPS, real-time displaying the vehicles on the map,so that staff can monitor the position of inspecting vehicle timely.Firstly,it analyzes the background, research significance,domestic and foreign research present situation in this paper, analyzes the demand of the inspecting vehicle of the grid system.Then this paper is described the overall design, hardware and software design process of the system,including hardware diagram and software diagram, database design,design of optimal path and the final realization of the function.It is taken Yangzhou Power Management as an example, and designed network inspection system based on GPS. Framework of this system is used a hierarchical way,dividing the interface layer, data layer, logic layer,application layer,it is mainly gathered data in interface layer,GPS gathers information, providing a data source for the data layer.Data layer is used to store data, save the information collected and the electrical equipment information,for example, querying the ledger of the system and spatial Data.Logical layer is used to establish a connection with the C# and the database.The application layer is mainly used to design Interface and query the the back-end database.Systems development is used Visual Studio 2010 as the development environment,C# as the develop language of the system,and selected the SQL Server 2008 as database development platform,MapX components which is provided by Mapinfo company as GIS development platform,then it realizes the patrol functions of the vehicle,including the collecting and record-keeping the vehicle location data, the information of the transmission, data searched recorded, modifying database data, deleting Data,and the optimized design of a path.Data collection includes the name of the target grid and the collection of the latitude and longitude. Transmission of information uses DTU,by serial port to realize wireless data transmission, through shifting layer icon to realize real-time mobile,then display on the map.The use of the database is to save the received information to the back-end server,then it convenient to query, modify,delete.Optimal path algorithm design is the best path for easy to calculate the destination,as the reference of the development of optimal inspection path.
