Habitat selection refers to the choice of the type of living sites. The environmental factors play a key role in the habitat selection of animals, and different influencing factors determine the differences of different living environments, which can affect the survival and reproduction of animals. This paper studies preference degree of different terrain factors of small terrain for zokor in different seasons, with the purpose of finding out the distribution of the regularity of temporal-spatial differentiation. To provide theoretical support for scientific prevention and control of the Myospalax psilurus, so as to reduce the threat of damage caused by zokor to harvest of agriculture and stockbreeding production. This paper chooses one collective pasture as the area of study which located in fourteen team of Ewenki Chen Barag Banner, Hulun Buir City and M. psilurus which inhabit in the region as the research object, Based on large gauge sample with ArcGIS, to study the effects of terrain factors of micro topography for M. psilurus selecting habitat, and the effects of seasonal variation for M. psilurus selecting terrain factors of habitat environment. By mean of spatial overlay analysis of different terrain factors and M.psilurus habitats position in different seasons in arcgis10.0 platform. And with the help of in analytic hierarchy process (AHP), this paper analysis the preference degree of different terrain factors for myospalax psilurus selecting habitats in different seasons. The main conclusions are as follows:(1)The most suitable habitat of topography for zokors in spring:generally, the slope in the range of 3.20 to 5.12 degree, altitude in the range of 737 m to 751 m, slope belongs to shady aspect, slope position locate at middle of slope areas;(2)The most suitable habitat of topography for zokors in autumn: generally, the slope range in 5.12 to 8.00 degree, elevation in the range of 723 m to 737 m, slope belongs to shady aspect, slope position locate at middle of slope areas;(3)The close degree between the distribution of zokors and the topographic factors are:aspect> slope position> altitude> slope, which is unrelated to the effect of seasonal variation, but the correlation coefficient of each topographic factors are changed. The slope and the habitat selection of zokors are positively correlated in the spring, this kind of relationship shows a contrast result between them in autumn. The close degree in autumn between the distribution of zokors and the aspect is stronger than its in spring. For the correlation coefficients between the distribution of zokors and slope position and altitude, they are higher in spring than those in autumn.
