After Three Gorges Reservior experimental storage water at 172.8 m in 2008, most of the native communities of arbor, bush and grass died out by drowning in water fluctuation, which greatly influences the nature scenery. However, some species of herb can still normally grow and reproduce after the water recedes. Phosphorus is one of important elements for plant growth, and microorganisms can effectively improve the utilization of plant soluble phosphorus and promote plant growth, because microorganisms take part in the geochemical cycling of phosphorus in the earth, particularly soil microorganisms can effectively release the inorganic and organic phosphorus from phosphorus pool for plant use through the solubilization and mineralization. This study aimed to isolate solubilizing bacteria from the Three Gorges Reservoir area. After physiological and biochemical testing, inorganic phosphorus dissolving gene cloning, soil culture experiments, a few better strains, with an obvious phosphate to promote recycling of phosphorus in the region, to increase the utilization of phosphorus in plants grown in the water fluctuation, to maintain ecological balance and to improve the ecological environment of the Three Gorges Reservoir area. This study isolate solubilizing bacteria from the Three Gorges Reservoir area. through physiological and biochemical detection and phosphorus solubilizing ability compared, then pick out the three strains of phosphate solubilizing effect. Identified by 16S rDNA,3 is Pseudomonas fluorescens, K is Pseudomonas putida, and I is Acinetobacter rhizosphaerae, three strains were Gram-negative bacteria. Dissolved inorganic phosphorus gene gab Yclones, showed 3 and K strains have this gene, I do not have. The results of soil culture, K. in the soil effect is more obvious, strain in Wuhan soil phosphate solubilization capacity was significantly higher than in Henan soil, with an obvious phosphate to promote recycling of phosphorus in the region, to increase the utilization of phosphorus in plants grown in the water fluctuation, to maintain ecological balance and to improve the ecological environment of the Three Gorges Reservoir area.
