Oceans account for two thirds of the total superficial area of the earth. It has rich natural resources and high economic value. The purpose of establishing the seafloor observatory network is to understand the ocean comprehensively and to promote the development of marine economy. The information system of observatory network takes the responsible for collection, process, storage, sharing and analysis of the massive ocean data. The content of this paper is to develop an integrating software for the facility of Chinese "985 Project" Z2ER0 (ZJU-ZRS Experimental Research Observatory), which is supposed to be secure, reliable, stable, scalable. The Z2ERO smart information system is composed of central database, shore-side station PC software, data sharing website and other research tools. This paper has completed the work of information system database design, shore-side station PC software development, data request response system development and data sharing website development. The designed database achieves the expansion of the data capacity in the traditional database technology by dynamically generating the tables to store sensor data. The shore-side station PC software uses the reflection characteristics of the programming language C# and dynamic link library to enrich its function dynamically. The data sharing software accesses to the database via the general data request response system. In this way we secure the process of database access and reduce the redundancy in software development through code reuse.Through software simulation and actual operation on the shore station, the running results show that information systems can work stably and function fully including data acquisition, real-time data monitoring, data archive storage and data sharing.
