| On the basis of literature research, this paper briefly introduces the characteristics and principle of the Hopkinson pressure bar experimental device, then analyzes the key points of the experiment in different periods.As we know the Data processing has been the most important part of the experiment. The improvement of Data processing is also the basis for the improvement of Data processing, and more and more Data processing is implemented by computer aided.This paper based on Split Hopkinson Pressure Bar and the collection equipment system, Base on the collection equipment manufacturers provide the SDK(software developer’s kit),In the Visual Studio Microsoft Visual C++ environment.Using The C++ Programming Language to realize the visualization of Data processing software. The main function of this program is to use the visual program to replace the laboratory in the past need to separate the incident wave, reflected wave and transmission wave. This process is too cumbersome, because a lot of raw Data processing to spend a lot of energy. This paper mainly solves the following three main technologies:The first question to control of the acquisition card in UDAQ50612 acquisition device, Second question is the program have the ability to reading of the source Data format, Third the program have the ability to the search for the three wave starting position. In the process of determining the starting position of the three wave, it is feasible to use the least squares fitting smooth curve based on nine points. In the process of aligning the three wave, the method of determining the stress momentum conservation is used to check the effect of the three wave alignment. Finally, the mechanical properties of the materials can be directly understood by the output of the stress-strain curve, the strain time curve and the three wave separation curve.In the end of this paper, the experimental Data obtained from Hopkinson bar experiment was carried out under different temperature and velocity of Inconel718. We can draw a conclusion from the output of Inconel718 that the mechanical properties of the materials and the real performance of the materials is the same.we can say the Data processing program is valid. |
