With oil and gas resource’s consumption after years and acceleration of industrial processes, oil and gas resources have been discovered now cannot meet the needs. exploration of oil and gas has begun steering toward a more complex geological exploration and thin reservoir exploration, conventional seismic inversion technology cannot meet the current needs of seismic exploration, inversion technique with higher resolution and which can adapt to a more complex geological conditions is now the focus and future direction of seismic inversion.The seismic inversion spectral inversion technique as the current resolution to break the traditional limits provides a new way of thinking. Though in a foreign country it has formed a spectrum inversion software, the number of spectral inversion engineering practice is still quite scarce in our country. This thesis will focus on the thin inversion, studying the theory and the solution of the objective function of spectral inversion, and the proposed design, the spectral inversion engineering practice. We will proposal the parallel program which can be used in engineering.The main contents are as follows:(1) Studying on the key theoretical method of spectrum inversion, including: the decomposition method of reflection coefficient for odd and even parts, even component of reflection coefficient to enhance the resolution, the problem of inversion on frequency domain, the flow chart of spectrum inversion and building process of the objective function of the spectral inversion.(2) Researching the classic method of the objective function of spectral inversion, and showing algorithm flow chart of the orthogonal matching pursuit;(3) Based on parallel computing programming models, scheduling and performance factors of Open MP, researching the serial and parallel design of spectrum inversion method.(4) In the windows environment, we complete the Open MP parallel spectral inversion module, using the C ++ language, and based on the QT platform.(5) analyzing the results of the spectral inversion module, and compared the results with Thinman to verified the accuracy and efficiency.
