In this paper, Quaternary strata structure Northwest Semi-arid Xinjiang Huocheng Plain Area as the research object, combining the hydrogeological conditions of the study area, the borehole data with the columnar section, the apparent resistivity data of EH4 electromagnetic imaging system, statistical analysising of the correspondence between each formation lithology and apparent resistivity by selecting group of 46 formation lithology data of typical drill and apparent resistivity data of EH4.Selecting group of 40 permeability coefficient data which was obtained by the pumping test and apparent resistivity data of EH4, then establishingthe regression equation between the two, the finallyanalyze the apparent resistivity, formation lithology, permeability coefficient of the three,interpretation offormation lithology, permeability coefficient contour on the sectional plain and permeability coefficient contour which has different depth on the Huocheng by EH4 apparent resistivity contour maps.The results show that the use of geophysical data interpretation of stratum structure and aquifer hydraulic conductivity method is feasible.Through the establishment of the statistical analysis and regression model, the apparent resistivity in the study area, stratigraphic lithology information and permeability coefficient of three aspects can be a goodcoupling which positively correlated. Compared with the calculated value of actual control in the range of errorand the rate of apparent resistivity, the greater the quaternary loose particles lithology particles, the greater the permeability coefficient, the greater use of this equation to infer that the stratum structure and the distribution of the permeability coefficient in different depth onthe study areawithout drilling holes or populated areas.Geophysical detection results and hydrogeology drilling lithology distribution and pumping test hydrogeological parameters combination of three aspects information, replacing parts of the drilling and pumping test, the application of geophysical exploration method not only can greatly reduce the hydrogeological prospecting cost, also can provide a new train of thought for hydrogeological investigation, especially in the division of the quaternary system aquifer and water-resisting layer, estimating hydrogeology parameters have significant effect.
