Cluster is the largest gravitational bound system in the universe, and the Brightest Cluster Galaxy(BCG) in the cluster is the most important object for exploring formation and evolution of galaxy. At present, most research focuses on the overall properties of the galaxy mass, show that the stellar mass has increased 2 times sinces z=1. Studying the inner properties and structure of the stellar mass in detail Through multi-wavelength surface photometry.Because of multi-wavelength surface photometry need multi-band and high resolution of the photometric data in high redshift, it has not been widely used. Two mechanisms have been proposed in early studies:The inner mass profile of galaxy has increased little, but the mass of halo around galaxy has increased more through minor merger. The mass profile of galaxy has increased more from inside to outside through major merger. In this work,we select a galaxy sample that 25 BCGs from CLASH,with a wide redshift rang,0.18<z<0.9(median=0.4),and what has multi-bands and high resolution of photometric data from near ultraviolet to near-infrared.Throgh invoking toolkit in atronomical data process and analysis software-IRAF(Image Reduction and Analysis Facility)and SExtractor(soure-Extractor) and so on.We design a program of multi-wavelength surface photometry in 11 bands for our galaxy sample. Therefore, we obtain the surface brightness of 25 BCGs from CLASH in 11 bands. The sample is dicided into two parts,z<0.4 and z>0.4,to compare surface brightness profile of the restframe I-band(proportional to galaxy mass profile). We show that,(1)the surface brightness profile of the BCGs,and it provides high-quality data for exploring the evolution of color gradient of BCGs in cluster.(2) From z>0.4(values of z=0.544) to z<0.4(values of z=0.346),the stellar mass growth of BCGs(r<4kpc) is about 24.51%,and outer of the BCGs(4kpc<r< 70kpc) is about 48.53%.In this papar, the research results show that the stellar mass grow from inside to outside in 0.346<z<0.544, growth of the outer is faster than the inner.Major merger and minor merger are the most important channels for the evolution of stellar mass.
