EOC(Trans-β-ocimene),disarming the antagonism between SA and JA,induce simultaneous expression of PR1、PDF1.2.To elucidate the signaling mechanism of EOC,the study focused on the key protein of SA,TGA1、TGA2、NPR1 and the key protein of JA,ORA59、JAZl,detected the interaction between transcription factors (TGA1、TGA2、 ORA59、JAZ1) and WRKY70 by using yeast two hybrid.Combining with the character of these protein,the results were shown below:1. Forecasted the protein tertiary structure of transcription factor TGA1、TGA2、 ORA59、JAZ1.Pro vide conference to research interaction between transcription and WRKY70 from the steric configuration and structral domain.2. Yeast expression vector pGADT7-TGA1,pGADT7-TGA2,pGADT7-ORA59, pGADT7-JAZl was constructed successfully.3. The interaction existed between WRKY70 and TGA2、JAZ1、ORA59 but TGA1. TGA2、JAZ1、ORA59 may combine with each other and participate in the EOC.4. The phylogenetic tree of Arabidopsis and Brassica was established. the highest homology of AtWRKY,Bra014692 has been defined, whose expression was highly improved dealing with SA but only has little change during JA. From the study,WRKY were known more and foundation has been made of EOC machanism.
