As businesses of data centers continuously develop and the number of servers increases gradually, moreover, there are many issues occurred for the operation and maintenance management of data centers, including the disordered relation among business systems, servers, etc. All the above affect the management efficiency of operation and maintenance staff in data centers, also cause requiring a large sum of costs for solving realistic problems of data centers.Taking issues to be solved by operation and maintenance staff and basing on collaborative network data of virtual machines and business systems in existing data centers, the paper will adopt the complex network visualization method to design and achieve the visualization system based on virtual machines and business systems in aspects of hierarchical and dynamic visualization. The system is to assist operation and maintenance staff in data centers to sort out relations between business systems and servers within responsibilities so as to effectively reduce the operations management costs and improve the management efficiency of these data centers.Starting with the project background and current research condition, the paper determines the technical route of the project and selects proper network visualization technology and framework of the project based on the summary and analysis of existing related technologies. The paper then takes the visualization issues of complex collaborative network as entry points to analyze visualization issues to be solved by operation and maintenance staff in the aspect of operation and maintenance for data centers, conduct the demand analysis for visualization system expected and clarify the relation between the requirements in the visualization system and functional modules.Based on the visualizations of complex collaborative network, the paper designs corresponding display algorithms for existing core issues (visual representation) by focusing on functions required by the visualization system. Besides, the paper also has a detailed description from perspectives of background knowledge of algorithm, algorithm theory, algorithm thought, data structure, detailed process, beautification of visualization effects, etc., and shows the operation effect of such visualization algorithms.At last, by combining the actual condition of the operation and maintenance management of data center and based on the design of system architecture, operation procedure, data model and network model for the visualization prototype system, the paper then shows the final operational results of the system. The data model can design the logical relations of data model in the visualization system, entity and attribute of a relation, physical structure and data storage in three aspects of conceptual, logic and physical models; the network model can design the attributes and data structure in the network model of visualization network from two aspects of hierarchical and dynamic networks.By introducing relevant theories and methods of complex network visualization into the operation and maintenance management, the paper provides new thoughts and methods for the traditional operation and management mode, which is of innovative significance. And then the operation and maintenance staff can visually manage the system and servers in data centers via the visualization system, which is of very great practical value. |
