Heavy Quarkonia are the bound states of heavy quark and heavy antiquark which play an important role to test and develop the theory of the strong interaction. Non-relativistic quantum chromodynamics dynamic (NRQCD) was proposed by the Bodwin、Braaten and Lepage et al. in 1995 which was most widely used to study heavy quarkonium production and decay. Under the NRQCD frame, the production and decay of heavy quarkonium are factored into short-distance coefficients and non-perturbative long distance matrix elements (LDMEs). Quark and antiquark pair can be in the color octet states in the short-distance region, then couple to final meson states by absorbing or releasing soft gluon in the long-distance region. The LDMEs of NRQCD which is one of the intrinsic properties of mesons only, are universal and independent of the processes, and can be extracted from the experimental data, or obtained though potential model or lattice QCD calculations. To determine the magnitude of LDMEs in NRQCD is great significance for the understanding of the decay and production mechanism, phenomenological theory calculations for the heavy quarkonium. The process of electron-positron annihilation can give a strong restriction to the values of the color-octet LDMEs. In this thesis, the color-octet long-distance matrix elements are studied though the inclusive J/ψ production in e+e- annihilation within the non-relativistic QCD frame. With the radiative corrections and relativistic corrections, the upper limit of P-wave and S-wave LDMEs at the B-factory energy region are obtained. And at the near-threshold region of 4.6~5.6 GeV, a lower constraint of the long-distance matrix elements (1S08,3P08) is obtained. Through our estimation, the P-wave color-octet matrix element (0|3P08|0) should be the order of 0.005mc2GeV3 or less. The constraint region in the process of electron-positron positron annihilation is not compatible with the values of the long-distance matrix elements fitted at the hadron colliders by several theory groups.
