With the development of science and technology, plasma is widely used in physics, chemistry, biology, medicine, environmental science, metallurgy, chemical industry and other fields. With the passage of time, plasma corresponding concept, applications are emerged. Until now, the plasma has been its own complete system, rapid method for the diagnosis of plasma temperature, emission spectrometry is a good diagnostic method, In the past, a lot of experiments have been carried out to study the electron temperature and electron density in the plasma. However, the temperature of the plasma is also very important, In the process of studying the plasma temperature, the rotational temperature of the molecule is regarded as the temperature index of the plasma, so that the temperature of the plasma can be measured. This paper mainly studies the rotational temperature of nitrogen plasma generated in the low power point discharge plasma generator under, and using the method of spectral fitting to get the gas molecular rotational temperature. This paper introduces the concept of plasma, the types of plasma generator,The principle of emission spectrum method and the method of fitting the rotating temperature of nitrogen plasma.in this paper,We fit the second positive band system of nitrogen molecule. The principle of least square method is adopted. To make a variable equal to the sum of the square sum of the difference between the spectral line intensity of the experimental measurement and the theoretical spectral line intensity. The constant change of the rotational temperature is obtained by a series of theoretical spectral intensity values, when the variable minimum temperature at this time that is the theory of the rotation of the rotational temperature of the measured gas experiment. In this paper, we mainly study the different voltage and gas flow rate effect on the rotational temperature, rotational temperature increases with the increase of the voltage, when the voltage reaches a certain value, the rotational temperature has a maximum value, and increases with the increasing of the nitrogen flow rate,a phase rotation temperature is unchanged.Due to the wide application of plasma, the rotational temperature of molecular gas molecules is studied from the point of view of spectrum...
