The Design&implementation Of Compression Software For Well Logging Results

With the development of new technology in well logging, logging result map data is more and more huge, due to equipment to improve the accuracy and characteristics of the logging result map data rate, single logging result map file storage space is more and more. Increases with the increase in the number of single well and well data, for the storage of the computer system, network transmission and application have brought a lot of problems. Therefore, the results of image is at high compression ratio, reduce the memory space occupied, improve the network transmission speed is very necessary. For the analysis of geological conditions, will result map display and annotation. Currently the figure of logging results mainly stored in CGM and TIFF format, but China has not specialized for the class file editing software, introduce software is expensive, source code is not open, so it is necessary to for the development documentation logging result map browsing software.This paper from the analysis of the data format of CGM vector graphics, raster graphics TIFF and RAS of extracting the feature of the graph value and gives a method of data preprocessing and postprocessing is proposed a Markov prediction model of dictionary compression algorithm based on, the method of compression ratio and high processing efficiency and overall performance to better than similar commercial software. In this paper, based on the VC++ programming environment, to achieve the software method, the use of QT components to develop the software running interface, so that the software can be run on Windows and Solaris system, the expansion of the scope of the software. Because the user in logging drawing compression, often need to view the graphics files, so this paper developed the result map browsing and editing module. The module can be loaded with vector graphics, rich interactive functions, for vector graphics editing and annotation can add up to 20 kinds of graphics, greatly improving the ability of application software.At the end of this paper, the development and application prospect of the software are analyzed and prospected.
