Regression Analysis Of Informative Interval Censored Data With The Accelerated Failure Time Model

In reality, due to various limitation, data are usually incomplete. Interval censored data is a kind of incomplete data. Therefore, many scholars are in-terested in studying the interval censored data to solve the practical problem about biomedicine, statistics, and engineering. In this paper, we main study the regression analysis of informative Case I interval censored data (informative current status data). And we use AFT model (accelerated failure time mod-el) to study the relationship between failure time T and Covariance vector Z. Then we provide help for further exploration of survival analysis.Firstly, we give the model of failure time T and observed time C. Second-ly, we use the Copula model to describe the dependence relation of failure time T and observed time C. And we build the Maximum likelihood function. At last, we give the result of numerical simulation, and apply the analysis method to actual data.
