With the development of modern palynology, people gradually realize that due to the influence of some factors, such as climatic conditions, regional differences, vegetation types, production and preservation of pollen, the range of pollen source and so on, plant pollen deposition and propagation process is very complex, without a simple linear relationship between pollen and vegetation. So it is quite significant for the reconstruction of ancient plants and ancient climate to understand the relationship between pollen and vegetation correctly and improve the credibility of the research.Changbai Mountain coniferous and broad-leaved mixed forest is located in the East Asian monsoon region, and the forest ecosystem is typical and complete. This area is also an important distribution area of temperate moss in China and one of the ideal areas to study the relationship between pollen and vegetation and climate. In this paper, we study 17 topsoil samples, three samples of moss and 14 trap (Tauber trap) samples that collected in Changbai Mountain coniferous and broad-leaved mixed forest 1 standard sample. By comparing three kinds of samples of pollen assemblages, and discussing the relationship between the combined sample of three pollen types and the local vegetation and he ecological and environmental significance, it provides more accurate modern palynology basis for the quantitative analysis of pollen and vegetation-environment relationships. The study area soil, moss and trap samples in pollen assemblages can better represent the local vegetation better. Topsoil, mosses, and trap sample pollen assemblages are identical well with in the vegetation cover status, indicating that all of them can reflect the characteristics of the local vegetation. However, there are also some differences. The highest degree of anastomosis between the catcher pollen and the local vegetation coverage, the surface pollen is more can reflect the main local vegetation. The absolute concentration of surface pollen and moss pollen is similar and the moss pollen concentration is higher than that of topsoil. Topsoil pollen concentration interannual variability indicate:tree pollen absolute concentration appears the highest value (325,011 grain/g) and the lowest value (58,590 grain/g) in 2010 and 2007. The interannual variation of different pollen types is remarkable.Trap pollen flux average value for 18656 grain/cm2al. The arboreal pollen flux averaged 18656 grain/cm2al, Pinus, Betula, Fraxinus and Quercus pollen dominated. The interannual variability of the catcher pollen flux was obvious, and the highest total flux value (28303 grain/cm2al) and the lowest value (13037 grain/cm2al) were found in 2007 and 2009 respectively. The interannual variation of pollen flux is larger in different types of trees, but the flux of shrub and herb is more uniform. There are the most pollen species in the trap samples, and this can represent the local pollen deposition. The pollen content that hardly preserved is lower than trap pollen in Topsoil samples of pollen. However, pollen content that the ability of preservation is better is the highest in the three samples. Its pollen assemblages represent time is the longest and it results from combining for many years by local years vegetation pollen deposition and exogenous pollen. Moss sample characteristics are between trapper and the topsoil samples. Pine pollen was slightly lower than topsoil pollen. However, easily broken pollen such as ash and walnut is slightly higher than topsoil pollen and its time of deposition is slightly shorter. The interannual variation of the topsoil pollen concentration and the trap pollen flux and the analysis about climate factors indicate that the topsoil pollen concentration is significantly affected by the average wind speed (r= 0.96).The trap pollen flux is significantly correlated with the annual precipitation(r=-0.94) and the average wind speed(r=0.81),and not significantly correlated with other climatic factors.
