Rainstorm is a common kind of disastrous weather posing severe risk and harm to the society and human beings. The rapid development of modern meteorology and calculator network technique create new opportunities for the forecasting and early warming service of rainstorm. This project aimed to improve the rainstorm prediction and warming service in Huizhou, filling the gap that no platform of rainstorm forecast and early warming established in Huizhou at present. Besides, depending on the actual situation of the local meteorological offices, the integrate daily operational platform building in this project is the functional collection of data acquisition, rainstorm prediction and early warming, rainfall indication, human interaction, system management and miscellaneous function. The main contents of this dissertation are as follows:1.Establishing local forecasting and early warming technique by analyzing the synoptic background and situation of all types of rainstorm happened in Huizhou, summarizing the main generating factors and combining numerical prediction products.2.Introduce the system-related computer technology, database software system and technology of the platform, using the triplex system with B/S and C/S as major architectures and Oracle 11g as information center, construct the rainstorm platform with maneuverability, flexibility and reliability.3.Introduce the demands of rainstorm prediction, early warming and decision service in Huizhou. On this basis, programs for the corresponding optional system framework were conducted. The function of the platform included data acquisition, rainstorm prediction and early warming, rainfall indication, human interaction, miscellaneous function and system management, which were described in detail in this part.4.Developing the platform for rainstorm prediction, early warming and decision service,which realized the functions of meteorological data acquisition, rainstorm prediction and early warming, rainfall indication, human interaction, system management and miscellaneous function. After testing, all functions mentioned above achieved anticipated target.The rainstorm platform established in this project was capable to meet the demand of local meteorological operation of shift work and obtain positive effects in daily rainstorm service. With further development and improvement, the platform can be promoted in other regions. |
