Due to limitations of the ground tracking stations laid for the global satellite navigation system, satellite combined orbit determination using satellite-ground link and inter-satellite link observations has been an important way to solve the global orbit determination under the regional distributed stations.From the theoretical basis of combining satellite-ground and inter-satellite ranging for orbit determination, the focus on combined orbit determination solver strategies do discussed. It has made a detailed explanation for the strategy of both separated and unified solver for orbital positions and clock errors.And more, it has put forward a integrative solver strategy. Experiments are made for compare of the three strategies. The main contents are as follows:By introduing the status and problems of the six major global satellite navigation system as GPS, GLONASS, BDS,etc., it has outlined the direction for modern satellite navigation systems. The technology for the development and research of inter-satellite links is to ocuupied the important palce in the future navigation systems. And what’s important, the inter-satellite will be able to cater for the plight of the BDS’s development.It has established the observation models and mechanical models for both satellite-ground links and inter-satellite links in the pretreating process, the methods of the pretreatment for inter-satellites and the solver of strategies for combined orbit determination. All these offer the basic theoretical framework for the running and testing of the software.Based on the orbit determination software using satellite-ground links, it has been further secondary developed a combined orbit determination software which can be cross-platform compiler running under windows and linux. And functions of observation data simulation, data preprocessing and combined orbit determination solving are realized.By experiments, using satellite-ground datas to orbit determination of regional distributed stations, it often can not achieve better accuracy. While the introduction of inter-satellite links, the orbits can solve global problems under regional distributed stations.Comparing the solver of three strategies, the results among the three are adjacent when small system errors in satellite-ground and inter-satellite datas.But along with the adding of system errors in observation datas, the precision for strategies of both separated and unified solvers which need to be naturalized reduces rapidly. But uing integrative solver strategy,the precision of orbit reduced sluggishly.
