As a continuation of Zhao’s work, we give the number of minimal non-abelian subgroups in finite 2-groups with the unique A1-subgroup of index p by P.Hall’s enumeration principle and mathematical induction. Thus the calculation of α1(G) of finite p-groups G with a A1-subgroup of index p has been completed.
