Kulipao Lake is an important artificial arterial to release flood, drain flooded fields and drain contamination. The junction is located in Daqing City, Datong District, Zhaoyuan county and the Zhaozhou County(E:124°46′-125°54′,N:45°47′-46°58′),The main discharge, through Daqing, the flood of artificial river. Kulipao Lake is important to the local fishery and aquaculture industry base.In this paper, the algae assemblages from four sampling areas were investigated in spring, summer and autumn of 2014 and 2015 in Kulipao Lake. Physical and chemical indicators of water were also monitored during the same period at the sampling areas. With the composition of algal species and cell density in different sampling areas were examined, we analyzed the diversity of algae in the study areas. The use of algae growth strategy and functional group discussion and adaptability analysis of Kulipao Lake algae on environment and habitat selection mechanism, distribution characteristics and reasons to explain the algae community space. Canonical correspondence analysis was used to analyze the relationships between environmental variables and the seasonal succession of phytoplankton functional groups. The relationship between the algae community structure and evironmental factors was studied using RDA method. Analysis of the tolerance of global water environment library by using the Q index, the global water environment to make a preliminary evaluation of Kulipao Lake.1. After treatment and identification of algae samples were identified during the preliminary study, 193 taxa of algae, belonging to 7 phyla, 9 classes, 16 orders, 31 families, 75 genera were identified. The main groups of algae were Chlorophyta and Diatoms. The average abundance of Kulipao Lake algae was 6.85×106 ind./L. And the dominant species were obviously different at different sampling areas.2. The factor of Kulipao Lake water environment were measured, during the study period, The results show that the average water temperature is 19.79℃; Kulipao Lake water pH average value is 8.76, the water was alkaline; Kulipao Lake awater avenage electrical conductivity is 1867.58μS/cm; the average dissolved oxygen concentration is 7.09mg/L; the average total nitrogen concentration is 3.04mg/L; the average total phosphorus concentration is 1.65mg/L; the average ammonia concentration is1.24mg/L; Kulipao Lake average chlorophyll a concentration is 46.285mg/L.The water total nitrogen and total phosphorus concentrations of Kulipao Lake were more than the general standard of eutrophication(N>0.2-0.3mg/L,P>0.01-0.02mg/L).3. The 192 taxa identified during the study period, each sampling areas into the dominant phytoplankton functional group 19, respectively C、D、F、G、H1、J、Lo、M、MP、N、P、TB、Wo、W2、X1、X2、X3、Y. Spring to Scenedesmus, Oocystis, Cyclotella was the dominant species, belongs to the C, J, F, G, N, x1, MP and W2 functional groups; summer to Pediastrum, Cyclotella, Nitzschia and Anabaena was dominant species, belonging to the C, D, F, G, h, J, lo, MP, W2 and X1 functional groups; autumn to Ankistrodesmus, Cyclotella, Anabaena and Cryptomenas was the dominant species, belonging to the C, F, H1, J, MP, W1, X1 and Y functional groups. In the course of the sutdy strategy of C such as Scenedesmus, because of the strong ability to adapt to the environment, in the course of the study with anger absolute advantage. R atrategy because of its resource advantages in the competition. S strategise are due to changes in unsuitable habitat conditions, can not adapt to the Kulipao Lake habitat conditions, appear only in certain season or habitat.4. Principal component analysis and redundancy analysis methods were used to explore the relationship between the algae and environmental factors in Kulipao Lake, the results showed that: Spcond, DO and pH were the main environmental factors for affecting the change of the algae community structure in Kulipao Lake.5. 2014 and 2015 spring, summer, autumn three season Q index was lower. In the spring of 2014, Q index is 1.341, the water body with a certain tolerance in Klipao; the average value of Q index in summer and autumn were less than 1, judge in summer and autumn the water of Kulipao Lake in poor state, but compared with the autumn, summer water in a relatively good state. In the spring of 2015, the Q index was 1.311, and the spring water body had a certain tolerance, While summer and autumn season Q index was less than 1, the water tolerance is poor. In general, the spring water of Kulipao Lake has certain tolerance, water quality is better; environment of water in summer and autumn are in higher trophic status, but the nutritional status of summer is relatively better in autumn.
