North China Plain location west near the Taihang Mountains, north of the Yanshan Mountains. under the condition of strong precipitation upstream to runoff formation and along the ditch or terrain aggregation caused by flood and water logging disaster, at the same time bring obvious infiltration to groundwater.As the global climate continues to warm, the water cycle is speeding up, and the extreme precipitation events tend to increase. July 2012 North China Plain had heavy rainfall, this rainfall has the characteristics of big rainfall, wide range, long duration and serious influence. Therefore, this paper takes the July 2012 as an opportunity for heavy rainfall, Beijing Tianjin Hebei as the focus of the study area, analysis of the dynamic characteristics of groundwater. Discussion on the infiltration recharge mechanism and the dynamic response characteristics of groundwater under the condition of heavy rainfall, And on the basis of this, prediction the groundwater level. The main results achieved are:Characteristics of the North China Plain for many years. The distribution characteristics of precipitation in the North China Plain and the annual precipitation are both temporal and spatial variability and heterogeneity. Strong precipitation and ordinary precipitation are different at The intensity, time series, range, path and so on.The precipitation infiltration recharge characteristics under heavy rainfall conditions: the depth of the buried depth is small, the water level rises rapidly after the strong precipitation, and there is almost no hysteresis. With the increase of buried depth, the lag effect of precipitation infiltration increases obviously and tends to uniform infiltration, the aeration zone can increase the capacity of the reservoir, the precipitation recharge resourcest and the water level are rises. When the groundwater depth of Baoding area more than 7.8 m, precipitation into groundwater recharge coefficient tends to be stable, but best buried depth of precise digital still need to textual research.Analysis of the dynamic response characteristics of groundwater under the condition of heavy rainfall;Groundwater level dynamic response :The mountain groundwater level on strong rainfall infiltration sensitive plain groundwater level in different regions of the Quaternary showed different changes. In the same area, the relationship between the precipitation and the rise of the water level is nonlinear.Water quality dynamic response: heavy rainfall brings more infiltration recharge, the main ion concentration of groundwater changes significantly, and the content of the groundwater level plays a role in dilution.Water dynamic response: 2012 strong rainfall makes Beijing groundwater storage capacity increased by 5.6×108m3, Tianjin storage capacity increased 6.1×108m3, groundwater in Hebei Province storage capacity increase65.1×108m3, the North China plain groundwater storage capacity increase 115.2×108m3.Typical geological environmental problems response: the fall of the funnel in a short period of time to make a response to strong precipitation, in the same amount of precipitation, the water level of the funnel area is greater than the surrounding area.Perfect numerical model, predict the dynamic of groundwater level in 2021.In the piedmont area, due to the concentration of groundwater, groundwater table declining, funnel scope expanding further and have a trend of a joint. In eastern plain area, groundwater showed a trend of fluctuations or slow rise and coastal plain of local area and even the water leak phenomenon.
