Geological Comprehensive Study On The Ximawan-Jiucheng Block

In Ximawan-Jiucheng’block, the geological condition with vertical and horizontal heterogeneity, is very complicated. For the reservior research status, reserves re-calculation and secondary interpretation for logging data is carried out based on sedimentary and petroleum geology science theory. Sand body distribution macro law is analyzed through detail research on previous results, full use of logging data to division and correlation and drawing phase diagram of single well phase, even with well profile well andplane phase with core observation and logging data. Reservior microscopic characteristics is analysedby ordinary slice data and physical testing. Reservoir classification and evaluation standardis established and small layer should be evaluated through integrating reservoirmaeroscopic and microscopic features. These initiatives ensure a steady increase of oil productiomn and oil production rate to a reasonable level in oil production area. The increasing and stable oil production target achieving provides an exemplary role for other block effective exploitation in Jingbian oilfield.
