The amplitude structure of Qinhuangdao 32-6 oil field is relatively flat, the relationship between oil and water is very complex and bottom water reservoir reserves accounted for 40%, and development of this oilfield is the first time in the sea of large fluvial facies of sandstone heavy oil reservoir, in the early development and stages of development and construction is still lack of offshore experience of this kind of oilfield. At the initial stage of exploitation, the water content of the 32-6 oilfield in Qinhuangdao is increasing, and the annual output is gradually decreasing. In view of the existing problems, it is important to study the geological characteristics, and it is reflected in the model, which is fully prepared for the numerical simulation. I take the III oil group in the this oil field as an example, and to carry out the relevant research.Firstly, paper summarizes the regional background and research characteristics of Qinhuangdao 32-6, and points out the purpose and task of the research. It is necessary to do the geological research and establish a precise 3D geological model for improving production and increasing recovery rate in the later stage of oil field. At the same time, according to the collected data and research, I use "cycle comparison, hierarchical control" as the principle to make the division and contraction of the III oil group reservoirs. Through the establishment of the skeleton and auxiliary sections, the III oil group is divided into 18 layers, and mudstone interlayer has 9 layers. Through the core observation of the wells, as well as to understand the relationship between the characteristics of lithology, comprehensive utilization the core, seismic, geological knowledge to study sedimentary facies.Micro study from point to surface and gradually carried out: through the analysis of reservoir logging phase, seismic facies and sand body characteristics, I make the thickness of the sand layer map as well as the sedimentary microfacies map. The sedimentary facies model, the physical properties and the heterogeneity of the reservoir in III oil group were described by the graph. In the end, the data of the geological research and previous studies have been done to prepare and collect the data which from the initial stage of model, and the basic model is established. Then I make the Phase simulation of III oil group in Qinhuangdao 32-6 oilfield. According to the characteristics of the III oil group, I use the Petrel software to simulate the model, which are sequential indicator simulation and Object-based simulation. Through many experiments, different parameters are set up. I summed up the most appropriate modeling process and the simulation method——the Object-based simulation. The results of the model are in accord with the geological cognition, which provide the accurate geological understanding and basis for the quantitative description of reservoir numerical simulation.
