The System Of Remote Sensing Image Management And Service In Marine Surveying

With the continuous development of modern remote sensing technology, we have accumulated a large number of multi-source remote sensing image by satellites, aircraft and unmanned aerial vehicleplatform, as Marine surveying and mapping product the production process required the revision of the resources and all kinds of special chart, atlas of image data source,but we still adopts the traditional way of file management for data managements.Most of the data is taken offline storage, thus causing the data retrieval management difficulties, the present situation of the utilization rate is not high, which restricted the development of high resolution remote sensing data sharing and application.So it is urgent for the construction of Marine remote sensing image database and management system, scientific management of massive remote sensing image, meet the production process chart of all departments and all levels of operation personnel of video retrieval, view, download, such as the functional requirements, as well as to the image of the business departments and related business department distribution and geared to the needs of remote sensing image data access requirements of surveying and mapping production, the formation of multi-source remote sensing image storage, management and distribution ability, thus to realize remote sensing image as a new type of chart cartographic data mapping production system to lay the foundation.In recent years, cloud computing technology has developed,so it provides a new effective method to get the high resolution remote sensing image fast and efficient treatment. Therefore, this paper based on the analysis of high resolution remote sensing image features and applications, on the basis of the combination of cloud computing, virtualization, put forward the "Marine surveying and mapping in remote sensing image management and service system" project design.The systemcould improve chart technology level, update sailing book mapping method, so as to achieve the purpose of the navigation library support capability leap. By conventional measurement system couldn’t cover area as the goal, give full play to the remote sensing technology is not restricted by geographical, time and space, rapid, efficient and intuitive for geographic information technology advantage, remote sensing image data as the main data source, establishing remote sensing images drawing production system, image products integrated security system and remote sensing image data management system.
