With the magnificent progress in the R&D of applied superconductivity in the past 100 years, Superconducting Technology has been developed into a high technology. Development of superconducting technology is of practical significance and a great prospect for electrotechnics, transportation, medicine, industry and science experiments, etc. In recent years, with the development of material science, performance of superconducting materials have been optimized. Superconducting magnet application is more and more widely used. But insulated superconducting magnet coil, especially low-temperature superconducting magnet, quenching become a major factor restricting the application of superconducting materials. According to the development of superconducting magnet at home and abroad, the main research content of this paper is simulation and numerical analysis of non-insulation superconducting magnet resistance network, and preparation and testing of non-insulated superconducting magnet coils. In the section of non-insulation superconducting magnet resistance network simulation and numerical analysis. The merit of non-insulated superconducting magnet and the advantages of simulation calculated are briefed introduction. Equivalent circuit model of non-insulation superconducting magnets is elaborated. Non-insulation superconducting magnet resistance network model is established. Altium Designer software is introduced and verified. this software calculate resistance of the equivalent total resistance. The influences of the layer number and the turn number on the resistance were studied, and the simulation calculated results agree reasonably well to the measured ones.In the section of the non-insulated superconducting magnet coils preparation and performance testing. the system at low temperature and vacuum environment is detected. Experiment thermometer must be calibrated. NbTi non-insulation superconducting magnet coil preparation process, the equivalent of the total resistance changes at low temperatures and charge-discharge testing. Preparation and cooling process charge voltage delay experiments of the partial non-insulation superconducting magnet coils.
