Selenium was generally acquired to have numerous favorable functions for beings. The preparations of selenium are varied.There studied a certain thing claimed that the selenium-sources toxicity degree was:Selenomethionine>Na2SeO3>Biological selenium> NM precisional red selenium element. However, their effect and efficiency ranged by the contrary. Studies showed that the Acetobacter Balch-selenium may be the nm precisional red selenium element. So, the biolocical selemium derived from the Acetobacter Balch-selenium has spectacular prospects with infinity, its effect and role will be appreciated by the public in future.Launch Selenium resistance screening of Acetobacter Balch, in which the dilution plate method with different gradient and repeated.Results came out that its tolerance of Na2SeO3 was 135mg/L(counted by the selenium element only), the tolerance of Selenomethionine was 70mg/L (counted by the selenium element only),so we chose Na2SeO3 as the selenium source.Plackett Burman method were used to design the main factors screening test.Minitab16 Cracked Version can help the design response surface test and fixing biomass vaccination proportions. During single-factor experiment,bioselenium synthesized by Acetobacter increased with the ascending of facters by each among the incubation time of 90mg/L days,the cultivation temperature of 30℃,PH value 6.5 initial for maximumizing the biomass in bacterium body.The response surface study optimized the best fermental conditions up to:add selenium content (X1) 75.62 mg/L, PH valueinitial (X2) is 5.53, incubation temperature (X3) was 32.32 ℃, predicted the response value of 212.604 μg/L, the results of experiment value and prediction value are narrow.In the experiment of Composite strain, the mixture of Saccharomyces cerevisiae D245 and Acetobacter Balch is the most prolific method for syntheses the microbiolosical selenium. The most appropriate propotion counted by the biomass was Saccharomyces cerevisiae D245:Acetobacter Balch=1:4.In a nutshell, this article explored the fermentation condition of Acetobacter Balch for synthesis of biological selenium, settled a new technology of the manufacturing biological selenium which derives from Acetobacter Balch, developed a selenium of new products and mixed microbial strains,and layed a foundation for the production and application of biological selenium preparation by Acetobacter Balch-selenium.
