It is mainly distributed in the centrifuge, skeletal muscle, smooth muscle, It acts to maintain the cell resting potential, the regulation of vascular smooth muscle contraction and relaxation functions in the organism.Inward rectifier potassium channel function depends on the PIP2(phosphatidylinositol(4,5) bisphosphate).
