During cell growth, the need for cell survival rate and growth status monitoring, but the current cell the traditional monitoring method requires the experimental personnel for long time observation under inverted microscope, and huge workload, work efficiency is very difficult to guarantee, and the application of inverted microscope can only monitor the growth of one to two layers of cells. And because the detection time is relatively long, so the cell growth will adversely affect. In view of the above problems, this thesis design and research a set of device of full automatic scanning and observation of cell factories, not only improves the quantity unit space cell culture, and reduce the workload of workers, greatly improves the work efficiency and save cost, but also avoid the pollution caused by artificial two-way contact reagent the.This paper first elaborates on the background and significance of the research, the main structure and content gives the paper; secondly combining the principle of cell factories detector is discussed, for the positioning accuracy of the servo control system of indicators, indicators and the technical indicators of the photoelectric detection system and summarizes; again for mechanical structure design of cell factories tester, and the dynamic characteristic analysis; finally, the servo control system and radio and television monitoring system for cell factories detector design.
