The Ecological Utilization Research Of Land Resources In Earthquake Disaster Area

The Wenchuan earthquake in 2008 caused great destruction to the land resources and ecological environment of the disaster areas,the economic recovery and social development was facing unprecedented challenges.Based on the special and important ecologically functional position of the earthquake-stricken areas, the government vigorously promoted ecology-oriented development during the post-disaster reconstruction, which means speeding up the economic development and promoting ecological environment protection should be compatible with each other, the restore and protection of ecological environment should be done throughout the post-disaster reconstruction and the whole process of realizing self- development in disaster areas.Land is the load bearing of all the physical activities during the post-disaster reconstruction and development, and ecological utilization of the land resources is the basic guarantee and important support for the realization of post-disaster ecological reconstruction and development.Under the special policies given by the government,the disaster areas should attach great importance to the utilization security of the land resources during the process of homeland reconstruction, especially the important role of ecological land utilization to both farmland and food security, the social and economic security and the ecological environment security, in order to realize post-disaster scientific reconstruction and leapfrog development.Integrating theory with practice as the research method in this paper, from the perspective of ecological land theory, taking Qingchuan County, Sichuan Province as the study area, according to the order of importance and emergency during post-disaster ecological reconstruction and development, the ecologically utilized land is divided into damaged land and none-damaged land.Damaged land mainly refers to the land which was damaged during the earthquake and post-disaster period,and needs some treatments to be repaired, including land damaged by seismic-geological effect, land damaged by following secondary seismic-geologicaleffect, land damaged by the later forces from confiscation,occupation,utilization,and apart from that,some land destructed by other natural disasters.None-damaged land mainly refers to the land not damaged by the earthquake and other disasters,which was suitable for developing ecological industry and extending the building space for ecological environment.The ecological utilization of damaged land is mainly embodied in the land consolidation, land reclamation and ecological restoration, the ecological utilization of none-damaged land is mainly embodied in the trinitarian ecological construction which is composed of ecological agriculture,ecological tourism and ecological environment.This thesis demonstrates the current situation,achievements and problems of the ecological land utilization in the form of pictures and words, highlights the great promoting effect of ecological land utilization to the economic and social development,and also the ecological environment protection to Qingchuan County.At the same time,there are some deficiencies revealed in it.Linking theory with practice, at last the author puts forward the further countermeasures and Suggestions for upgrading the level of ecological land utilization of Qingchuan County.
