In the fierce market competition, companies want to survive and develop, must improve the quality to meet customer demand. High quality manufacturing system came into being, create customer satisfaction. The formation of product quality is throughout the entire process of product life cycle, including design, manufacture and usage. Therefore, this article focuses on two kinds of probability distributions: normal distribution and Weibull distribution.Six Sigma quality management can quickly improve the quality and competitiveness of their products, because it can quantify the business management objectives, focusing on the research and application of statistical methods, it is necessary to promote and popularize technologies lay the theoretical foundation for the comprehensive promotion of quality management: First, statistics as the core technology, presented statistical analysis and process methods combining statistical process control methods. Secondly, by analyzing braking case, use quality control tools to improve product quality and standardize, build a sound quality management system.Weibull distribution applied in the study of product failure, the automobile business quality control and service an important issue, along with the quality of management and service development forward to big data, how to develop a reasonable quality objectives and warranty policy is key for a car company remain competitive. So we use the Weibull distribution to predict the quality of the product, through the former models of the original data analysis, get the critical parts, estimate the failure from key parts of the sample data, obtained an important part of life characteristics and parameters, build the efficient warranty policy.
