We did a zooplankton ecological survey on the Yangshan Port of big, small Yangshan terminals and port channel from 2012 to 2013. There were zooplankton biological community analysis of the correlation between the difference of seasonal changes, spatial distribution, diversity and its environmental factors on the Yangshan Port. The results showed:There were 40 zooplankton species in total. 31 species were Arthropod. It was 77.5% of the total number of species. 3 species were Coelenterate. It was 7.5% of the total number of species. Mollusks and ilnk were all two kinds. Each account was for 5% of the total number of species. Mao jaw animals and chordate were all one kind. Each account was for 2.5% of the total number of species. The highest density of zooplankton month was August on Big and Small Yangshan Wharf in 2012. They were respectively 34.36 ind./L and 45.82 ind./L. The lowest density month was December. They were respectively 0.03 ind./L and 0.14 ind./L. The highest density of zooplankton month was May on Small Yangshan Wharf in 2013. It was 2.37 ind./L. The lowest density month was January. It was 0.04 ind./L. The highest density of zooplankton month was July on Big Yangshan Wharf in 2013. It was 1.54 ind./L. The lowest density month was January. It was 0.01 ind./L. The dominant species were Limnoithona tetraspina, Paracalanus aculeatus and Sabellaria in 2012 two terminals. The dominants were changed in 2013. They were Limnoithona tetraspina, Paracalanus aculeatus and Acartia clause. The Microsetella norvegica was only 2013 Big Yangshan Wharf. Through two years of comparison was not difficult to find the dominant species increased. And the outstanding advantages of dominant species more significant. The seasonal variation was obvious. The density was lower in autumn and winter than spring and summer.We did a survey on seasonal variation of zooplankton Yangshan Port Channel in 2012. The results showed that there were 53 zooplankton species in total. 43 species were Arthropod. It was 81.1% of the total number of species. 3 species were Coelenterate. It was 5.7% of the total number of species. Mollusks, ilnk and chordate were all two kinds. Each account was for 3.8% of the total number of species. Mao jaw animals was one kind. It was for 1.9% of the total number of species. The average density was 19.67 ind./L. August was the highest. It was 121.48 ind./L. November was the lowest. It was 0.01 ind./L. There were 6 dominant species. The Limnoithona tetraspina was the dominant specie throughout the year. It was the strongest advantage in winter. The dominance index was o.48. Summer was the weakest and the dominance index was 0.04. The Acartia clausi was the dominant specie in spring, autumn and winter. The Acartia pacifica was the dominant specie in summer and autumn. The Sabellaria was the dominant specie only in spring. And the Paracalanus parvus was the dominant specie in autumn. The Labibocera euchaeta was not the dominant specie any more. Due to seasonal changes lead to changes in the zooplankton species was obvious.Because the change of sampling sites, we did a second survey to the zooplankton of Yangshan harbor area in 2013. The survey collected 40 zooplankton species in total. 31 species were Arthropod. It was 77.5% of the total number of species. 3 species were Coelenterate. It was 7.5% of the total number of species. Mollusks and ilnk were all two kinds. Each account was for 5% of the total number of species. Mao jaw animals and chordate were all one kind. Each account was for 2.5% of the total number of species. Influenced by seasonal changes, zooplankton showed evident seasonal characteristics.The highest density month of zooplankton was in August. It was 21.86 ind./L. And the lowest density month of zooplankton was in October. It was 1.13 ind./L. The density was higher than last year. The dominant species were difference in different months. The dominant species throughout the year were Limnoithona tetraspina and Paracalanus aculeatus. The rest of the dominant species was evidence in different seasons and different vovage.
